From time to time, organisations including the government, allocate funds which may be used to improve residential properties. The funds are non repayable and are classed as grants.
Funding is usually distributed to organisations who then work directly with owner / occupiers to identify any necessary improvements, calculate the amount of funding needed to carry out said improvements and have all the required work, completed to the highest standard, within the stipulated timescales.
The funding is not unlimited and as such, there is a specific amount which is allocated to each scheme. Once the funding has finished, the scheme usually comes to an end. Please contact us to find out what grants are currently available for you.
